Dubai AI Festival 2026 is the third edition of the festival organised by Dubai AI Campus at Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) in partnership with the Office of the UAE Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy and Remote Work Applications, held 26–27 October 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre under the directives of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai. The organizer's own theme is 'Where Intelligence Meets Opportunity', and its release of 20 October 2026 states the shape of the two days: attendees from more than 100 countries are expected alongside more than 150 speakers, 500 investors, 200 exhibitors and 50+ roundtables and workshops, with the programme built around the shift from AI experimentation to implementation — global AI governance, agentic AI, enterprise transformation, infrastructure and computing power, investment trends, innovation and ethics, AI literacy, and the future of work across financial services, government, healthcare and industry. The published conference agenda runs across the Plenary, Innovation, Roundtables and Startups stages on both days: H.E. Arif Amiri, Chief Executive Officer of DIFC Authority, gives the opening remarks; H.E. Qubad Talabani, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, takes a keynote fireside on the Middle East's AI future with moderator Karl Tlais; Muhammad Binghatti, Chairman and Chief Architect of BinGhatti, examines how AI could reshape real-estate demand with Dow Jones' Anand Joawn; Fahad Al Hassawi, Chief Executive Officer of du, speaks on the digital infrastructure for the next economy with Euronews' Jane Witherspoon; and the Plenary stage continues into 'Intelligence everywhere: rethinking nations, industries and opportunity'. The organizer's release names Arvind Jain (Glean), Hussain Sajwani (DAMAC Properties), Mati Staniszewski (ElevenLabs), Prof. Paul Newman CBE (Oxa), Peng Xiao (G42), Sanjog Gupta (International Cricket Council) and Trevor Thompson (Scale AI) among executive speakers, and lists Mubadala, KB Financial Group, AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Mistral AI, Snowflake, Scale AI, BinGhatti, DAMAC and RTA among participating organisations. The host centre publishes its own scale: 1,933 AI, FinTech and innovation firms inside DIFC and 592 wealth and asset management firms.
