Splits（原名 0xSplits）是面向团队的链上支付分账与资金管理基础设施，由联合创始人 Abram Dawson 与 Will Minshew 于 2022 年 2 月 15 日在以太坊主网上线。该协议刻意设计为不可升级、免许可的“超结构”：一个规范化的 SplitMain 合约（0x2ed6c4B5dA6378c7897AC67Ba9e43102Feb694EE）加上确定性代理地址，把收到的 ETH 与 ERC-20 收益按预设比例自动分配给指定接收方。Splits v2 通过 SplitsWarehouse（不可变的 ERC-6909 代币包装器，跨链同一地址）将分账逻辑与代币托管解耦。重要提示：其官网写明“逾 4 亿美元已保障支付量”——那是累计支付流量，不是种子轮融资，也不是估值。Splits 是 $UM-Radar 热路径中的结算层，而非雷达竞品：我们的优势是 Cloudflare Workers 与 x402，他们的优势是链上分发。

Multi-sig-style treasury workflows for teams: collect revenue into an onchain account and distribute it on rules, with no paperwork and no company required to receive funds.
Individual onchain payment account surface on the same infrastructure.

The single canonical 0xSplits SplitMain contract, deployed across EVM chains; each Split gets its own deterministic proxy address for composability.

Send tokens to addresses, ENS names, Farcaster usernames, saved contacts or a connected bank account; multisend to up to 100 recipients with CSV upload, batched under one signature, plus Schedules for recurring payroll-like flows. Private transfers route through NEAR Confidential Intents and hide the payer-recipient link on-chain.
Programmatic API/CLI/MCP access for automated transfers with optional memo and properties, plus llms.txt files so AI agents can read the docs surface.

Whether private Sends over NEAR Confidential Intents becomes the default payments path for teams that previously only used transparent Splits — privacy as the funnel, distribution as the durable layer.
Agent tooling (CLI + MCP + llms.txt) as a distribution wedge: if AI agents pick Splits as the payout primitive, throughput compounds without a human in the loop.
HYPOTHESIS, not advice: deterministic per-recipient accounts on immutable contracts either become standing financial infrastructure for teams, or get abstracted away by the smart-account layer above them. Both outcomes are live at the 2036 horizon.
